There are bound to be some questions you have, so here is the place to find them!  Leave a comment if your question isn’t answered!

1. How do I become a writer?

Just send in an application here.  Once approved, you can start adding posts.  Depending on your level, your post may have to be approved first.

2. How do I add a new post?

Log in, and then a link will appear near the top of the page that says “Dashboard.”  Click that, and hit the Posts link.  Then hit, Add New.  NOTE: You can’t add posts if you haven’t been approved as a writer.

3. How do I become an Editor?  What are my duties as one?

Just send in an application here.  There are only a small handful of editors, each assigned different tasks. General editor duties are as follows: 1) You must approve posts and edit them as necessary and 2) You must approve comments if they’re appropriate, not spam, etc.  Also, if you notice a post has a spelling, grammar, or capitalization error, please fix it.

5. What are my duties as a writer?

Your duties as a writer are to write posts, categorize and tag them correctly, and to do this semi-frequently.  If you are accepted to be a writer, and you 2 weeks without making an adequate post, you will be demoted back to a subscriber again.  However, you can reapply.

6. How do I edit or review posts?

Click “Dashboard” in the sidebar.  On that page, click on posts.  Click Add New, if you want to add a post, or click Edit if you want to approve, or edit posts.

7. How do I approve posts?

After reviewing a post and editing it for mistakes, then hit the blue Publish button on the right side of the page.
